The Professional Route Apparel – Return & Refund Policy
All The Professional Route Apparel items are made-to-order and considered custom products. Once an order is placed, the production process begins immediately. Each item is individually created after purchase, which means we do not keep inventory on hand.
No Returns or Exchanges
Because every item is custom-made specifically for your order, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been submitted.
Order Accuracy
Please double-check your order details carefully before completing your purchase, including size, color, and shipping information. We are not responsible for incorrect selections made at checkout.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or there is an error on our part (wrong item or defective product), please contact us within 3–5 days of delivery. We will review the issue and work with you to make it right.
Processing & Shipping
Each item is purchased, printed, and shipped manually after your order is placed. Please allow adequate processing time for production before shipping.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after they have been marked as delivered. Please ensure your shipping address is correct and secure.
